NEXUS is hosting a three-part workshop series on “Understanding the Enneagram to Understand You” that began on January 14. The two remaining session will take place on January 28 and February 11. Katie West, Learning and Organizational Development Consultant will take members of the NEXUS Network through the Enneagram. If you want to dig into the enneagram and learn about the 9 types of numbers and discover what number you are most like, this workshop is for you. All NEXUS Alumni and current participants are invited to attend. The Workshops will take place at Second Presbyterian Church, 5:30-7:30pm.
Katie West is a 35+ year veteran of the banking industry, spending her career with large retail banks and small niche banks utilizing various strategic learning and organizational development initiatives. Katie has worked in organizations and on teams where she is certain that leaders focused on developing an emotionally intelligent workforce reap excellent performance results. Currently, she spends time helping people explore their personalities through Enneagram learning so that they can leverage the use of their own personalities in emotionally intelligent ways.
She graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BBA in Management and holds a professional degree from the Consumer Bankers Association’s Graduate School of Retail Bank Management. Katie also enjoys spending time volunteering with Memphis Gridiron Ministries, Second Presbyterian Church and serving on the board of NEXUS Leaders.
